I answered the helpline and provided vulnerable women with personal support and resources. I also created, planned, and facilitated two groups: 1) a self-esteem group for trauma survivors and 2) an educational Trans 101 workshop series for Center visitors, staff and board members. This paved the way for future transgender-inclusive policies and initiatives.
