I am a partner at the law firm of Schlesinger and Buchbinder in Newton, Mass. where I handle primarily civil litigation and real estate matters. I have also represented physicians in reviewing and negotiating contracts of employment.My career in the law began at a mid-size downtown Boston firm where I practiced law for 13 years before coming out to join my current colleagues in 1994. The lower overhead, high caliber practice, and professional flexibility have all proven to be helpful in allowing me to handle cases with efficiency, strong advocacy, and common sense. I can offer my clients the experience that comes from working at a big firm with the cost-effectiveness of a smaller firm.Specialties: Civil trial work and real estate. I have argued cases at all levels of the Massachusetts court system, including precedent-setting cases at the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.
