As Senior Manager, Owners relations it is my job to work directly with Ownership Groups and Management Companies to provide top of the line service that Hilton is known for in the Hospitality Industry. My main objective is to cultivate engagement and loyalty to Hilton Brands that result in increased revenue and unit growth by truly understanding the uniqueness of the brands and by continuously supporting our Owners and Management Companies. I provide strategic guidance and assistance to franchisees throughout their asset lifecycle in the Hilton portfolio. With my on-site experience in Food and Beverage, Operations, and Sales as well as multiple years working for Brand Performance Support it is my job to supply Hilton Owners and Management Companies with the knowledge to increase revenue, guest service scores, and also how to build a Hilton Family Culture that has proven time and again to produce outstanding results. I take pride in leading by example while providing positive reinforcement and energy that is contagious to others while helping reach goals that some deem unattainable.
