I worked within the Freja Group. I sold transports and logistics solutions in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark. I wasresponsible for visiting old and new customers and provide them a solution in their supply chain. It´s important that I could give the customer the service and comfort that they are looking for.

In 2010 when I was recruited as a sales woman at KGH. My first duties at the company were reselling customs clearance and consultancy services to Key Accounts. My special areas are edi-communication and selling complex customs solutions that require project management. These first tasks have been delivered with exceptional good results and therefore I also took responsibility for introducing our new products for the market.

As a consultant at this company, I was responsible for presale and implementation of the software EdiCom Transport and its components to our most important customers.I even had the responsibility to educate our clients end users on; How to operate the system in the most efficient way. In this task I could fully utilize my leadership skills in developing people.The EdiCom products I installed, managed the import and export customs for the clients. As each client were different, a huge flexibility was needed to be able to adapt the implementation to all kind of different soft- and hardware set ups I met at the clients.My Key Accounts were spread in different industries such as pharmaceutical, automotive, wine and spirits, tobacco, oil, food processing and manufacturing. These examples of Key Accounts I was responsible for shows the variety of customer base I have experience from and also taken into consideration all the different kind of commodities with different individual solutions each of them need for their custom solution. I was responsible for vert many projects during the years which I managed on my own or with colleagues together with the clients with good results and a lot of learning’s and experiences.
