NOTABLE ACHIEVEMENTS• Formed the PVH Sportswear Sweater Department, first by establishing Izod core business at Macy’s and then expanding the product category to encompass all Heritage Sportswear labels. The department grew to include five associates (designers, assistant, and CAD artist). PVH Heritage Sportswear division now offers sweaters within four brands with different aesthetics. • Collaborated with Gerber consultants and IT to develop and test workflow efficiency, program preferences, and criteria for PDM at PVH.• Improved efficiency and performance with the creation and implementation of work management tools i.e., product spreadsheets, and software integration procedures.• Developed and maintained responsibility for PVH Men’s Sportswear Business Continuity Plan.• Completed U4ia and Kaledo CAD Training.

• Senior Designer for Izod retail stores - Responsible for all aspects of menswear product development for Golf and Sportswear related separates business, including knitwear, sweaters, woven shirts, outerwear, and woven bottoms product categories. Responsibilities also included Izod wholesale sweaters.NOTABLE ACHIEVEMENTS• Improved performance of previously low-performing categories. Increased product offerings to include bottoms and outerwear. As a result, comp sales increased 35% in two years.

• Sweater Designer for Izod and Gant retail stores - Responsible for all aspects of product development.NOTABLE ACHIEVEMENTS• Trained at Lectra on current CAD operating system.

• Designer for Missy and Junior sweaters – Worked closely with Design Director and Freelance designers to interpret designs into technical information for knitters, production team, and sample hands. Responsible for all aspects of product development and production approvals. • Supervised technical team and hand flat operator.NOTABLE ACHIEVEMENTS• Business grew to include men’s and junior’s offerings in addition to missy and private label.
