Strategic Sourcer - Human Resources
CurrentResponsible for ensuring DSI has a strong diverse talent pipeline both internally and externally to meet the current and anticipated needs of the business. Responsibilities• Works with Head of Talent Acquisition and Head of Workforce Planning to identify future needs of the organization based on workforce plans• Strategize different ways to build a diverse talent pipeline based on short- and long-term staffing projections, workforce planning and planned attrition• Ensures that candidate pools and pipelines are filled with diverse candidates with the necessary knowledge and skills required• Utilizes a range of channels to source talent and build diverse pipelines with the awareness and understanding of the type of channels that yield the best talent• Actively maintains applicant data related to all resumes and skill assessment information for current and past employees and applicants to be able to identify or screen out potential applicants for positions or assignments• Leverages social media platforms, professional associations, Universities and other sources of data to source potential and passive as well as active candidates• Establishes and maintains internal job boards and oversees career sourcing website, making frequent updates to ensure attractiveness of DSI as a leading employer• Conducts phone screens for specific openings• Attends Recruitment Strategy Meetings as needed• Participates in Talent Acquisition projects (3-6 month timeline)• Attends recruiting events and conferences on behalf of DSI• Meets or exceeds targets for building diverse talent pipelines
