I have experience in driving a productive travel programme by focusing on building simplified processes, independent booking solutions and understanding travel behaviour by in-depth reporting. I keep a very close and open working relationship with travel suppliers to be able to improve the travel booking experience. In addition, I find that educating travellers to know their part in the process supports in transparency of policies, processes and financial aspects thus resulting in a cost efficient and well-functioning travel programme. I am a systematic yet intuitive, process oriented and used to work in a high-pressure environment to prioritize and find creative solutions in any travel challenge. From August 2021 onward my responsibilities include an Office Manager role for Finland with offices in Espoo, Tampere, and Pori. Some of my responsibilities are managing reception, catering and housekeeping services, facility maintenance and sourcing office supplies and commercial insurances but also ESG concept planning on a global level for office services.During 2022 I was the essential member of the Occupational Health and Safety Committee of the Espoo office.In addition to the above tasks, I am the project manager for the annual Art of Basware international art competition which has over 20 year long history of supporting young artist with getting global visibility and an opportunity to exhibit their work but also get into a private collection early on in their careers.
