At H&M Group, I was responsible for developing and launching packaging assortments for retail and e-commerce products across various brands, including H&M Beauty, COS Atelier, ARKET Café and H&M. I collaborated closely with the creative team, R&D, buyers, and suppliers to ensure packaging met both creative and sustainability standards, while I’m always looking for ways to drive positive change through a focus on sustainability and circularity.Swedish Match wanted to launch a new segment of natural fire lighters and matches. At Swedish Match, I created the global brand positioning and consumer experience for the new product range of the brand Cricket, leading the customer journey and collaborating with packaging material experts. When Provita’s surgical masks, by the Swedish brand and manufacturer of medical devices Provita, should become the consumer’s first choice in the Swedish retail market and win procurements in the public sector, the company turned to me. I led the brand identity, innovative packaging, and communication efforts for Provita’s medical devices and surgical masks, positioning the brand as the top choice in the Swedish retail market and winning procurement contracts in the public sector. Bättre Hälsa, a well-known Swedish brand in health, experienced competitors bringing a shift in positioning and a sharply increasing trend of online sales. I worked on the renewal of the brand Bättre Hälsa, conducting benchmarking and providing recommendations for the brand and packaging strategy and design.

Naty Corp. gives people the opportunity to make a greener choice in the kids and personal care segment. As a Designer/Project Manager I created and managed fashion and packaging design and global marketing projects. I worked with and challenged international suppliers and stakeholders, built strong relationships with production, logistics, and e-commerce teams, and delivered projects on time, within budget and with high quality. I established an in-house photo studio and a two-in-one packaging solution to increase efficiency and reduce resources. I provided design support, created a stripe collection and managed photo and film shoots as well as Planned and directed photo shoots and movie productions, photographed and retouching. I also established guidelines for the company’s and the resellers’ social media communication, streamlined and accelerated online communication. The packaging concept for the plant-based product Clean Potty was used at trade fairs for sale purposes and led to a doubling of the number of pre-orders compared to the forecast. Renée Voltaire Corp. wants to improve the food world by offering a plant-based and organic assortment. As an Art Director/Production Manager I was responsible for the visual communication of the company’s mission. I directed also designers and photographers, ensured accurate communication in all channels, set up an in-house photo studio, was an in-house food photographer and retoucher, and managed packaging design to meet local production and brand requirements. My efforts contributed to a fourfold increase in sales of the locally produced and hand packed Buckwheat Crunch product within two years. I gained expertise in product launches, packaging production, and the impact of printing conditions and materials on branding. I learned how his can be used strategically in branding.Recipes on e-commerce and social channels, under my responsibility, were key drivers of culinary inspiration for Renée's customers.
