With 15 years of design, facilitation, product ownership, project management and coaching experience, she wears many hats and easily pivots to best help her clients through challenging design conundrums.Lena’s work is rooted in experience design where she brings specific emphasis to understanding the needs of those most affected by the thing being designed/enhanced. She has a desire to create positive progress in the world and brings this to the forefront of her work. Lena believes that to create change (large or small) we need to understand context, experiences, and the forces that are affecting people — technology, organizations and culture — and break free from what we believe to be constraints.
