With 15 years of design, facilitation, product ownership, project management and coaching experience, she wears many hats and easily pivots to best help her clients through challenging design conundrums.Lena’s work is rooted in experience design where she brings specific emphasis to understanding the needs of those most affected by the thing being designed/enhanced.
