Support of the Windows servers environment, VMware ESX server estates (both 2.54 and Vi3) and Netapp Storage.Support of server hardware3rd level support to the desktop and systems administration teams.

I started with the Portman Building Society in the PC support area quickly becoming a senior support analyst. I later moved into the server support area. Senior technician support a range of specialist construction industry software, hardware, Novell, NT Server. Other aspects of the role included on site installations, pre and post sales consultancy. I also installed and managed the helpdesk system as well as developing automated bill production for support renewals and was involved in a number of product improvements such as an automated backup systems for the accounts software.
