Lencola feels that everyone can benefit from Pilates with her combination of Pilates exercises, therapeutic techniques, and integrated modalities. She focuses on postpartum recovery by giving a thorough assessment of postural deviations, physical abilities, and personal traits/habit that may be affecting goal achievement. Lencola also places a strong emphasis on core training before core strengthening so that her clients are recruiting muscles efficiently. Pilates found Lencola in 2002 and shortly after started a teacher-training program at Push Pilates. The program required over 900 hours of Pilates training on the Reformer, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, Tower, Chair, Mat, Props and Post-Rehabilitation/Special Needs Population. Lencola's continued studies have brought to pursue a degree in Kinesiology, become a master instructor, plus work with fitness and medical professionals to stay informed on new research and the many methods of body conditioning. She also follows the teaching of Diane Lee, the author of the "Pelvic Girdle" and "The Thorax"; by utilizing the Integrated Systems Model with a Pilates approach. Lencola continues to stay current on topics effecting women and mothers. "I aim to empower mothers and guide them back to fitness safely. Mothers deserve to thrive and have someone in there corner."Lencola offers group equipment classes, comprehensive private and semi-private sessions that are tailored to the individual. She also offers coaching in postpartum recovery: exercise, nutrition and wellbeing.
