Current• Procurement: Efficiently manage the procurement of parts and services for GE Power Conversion projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.• Supplier Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to achieve cost savings and optimize supply chain performance.• Cost Management: Implement cost control strategies and identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising on quality.• Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to streamline procurement processes, enhance efficiency, and improve overall service delivery.• Non-Conformance Report (NCR) Resolution: Manage and resolve inbound and outbound NCRs, ensuring issues are addressed promptly to maintain quality and operational standards.• Invoice Management: Handle and resolve invoice queries, ensuring accurate and timely payment processing and maintaining strong supplier relationships.• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with logistics and project management teams to align procurement activities with project goals and timelines.• Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to forecast demand, monitor supplier performance, and inform strategic decisions.• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and risk management guidelines.• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, and cost-saving measures for senior management review.
