Len McCullough is the Director of Operations and Partner for the Sawmill Restaurant Group.A hospitality professional Len has dedicated his entire working career to the food and beverage industry. Beginning his profession in entry level positions with CP Hotels (Fairmont) in St. Andrews New Brunswick, Pinewood Park Motor Hotel in North Bay Ontario and the Four Seasons Hotel in Edmonton Alberta all cemented the way for his subsequent entry level management positions with the Edmonton Petroleum Club, The Edmonton Centre Club (Club Corporation of America) and senior level positions including Vice President of Operations The Pacific Fish Company and General Manager of the Hard Rock Cafe. Transforming to the Sawmill Prime Rib & Steak House in 1990 Len has been influential in the growth and repositioning of The Sawmill brand including the successful transformation from privately owned to franchised and limited partnership structures in 2004. As a partner Len plays role on the internal leadership team that has been instrumental in establishing the Sawmill Vision, Core purpose while navigating and adapting using strategy, experience and strong leadership experience. Len can be summed up as “centered, knows what he stands for, strives for new goals and always remains constant”.
