Transforming to the Sawmill Prime Rib & Steak House in 1990 Len has been influential in the growth and repositioning of The Sawmill brand including the successful transformation from privately owned to franchised and limited partnership structures in 2004. As a partner Len plays role on the internal leadership team that has been instrumental in establishing the Sawmill Vision, Core purpose while navigating and adapting using strategy, experience and strong leadership experience. Len can be summed up as “centered, knows what he stands for, strives for new goals and always remains constant”.
