In this position I am part of the fast growing Commercial First Aid team of the Netherlands Red Cross (NLRC).This team is part of the revenue generating cluster Market Development and Fundraising and is the most commercial branch of the NLRC. Its core activity is the sale of first aid courses, both B2C and B2B focused. As an important extension of this, we sell first aid related products through various sales channels and in particular through: shop.rodekruis.nl 💡💪 In this way we stimulate the willingness to help by enabling people to effectively help others (and themselves) in an emergency situation, and generate income that we invest in the emergency aid provided by NLRC itself.Key responsibilities:▶️ Responsible for the management and renewal of the course and product range.▶️ Involved in the entire chain from product development to sales through the various sales channels.▶️ Responsible for optimising the sales channels in collaboration with the shop manager, e-commerce marketer and marketing communications specialist.▶️ Responsible for marketing materials and news releases in collaboration with marketing communications.▶️ Account manager for multiple business relations and product collaboration partners.▶️ Involved in innovation projects related to this team/business unit.The International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement is the world's largest humanitarian network. En yes! - volgens planning zal ik in april (2017) starten met de taalcursus Spaans aan ISLA Spanish School in Salamanca, Spanje.Tijdens de periode voorafgaand aan de taalcursussen heb ik met name gewerkt voor Parnassia Groep op de afdeling Zorgadministratie.Op deze afdeling ondersteunde ik fulltime Functioneel Beheer en specifiek de Helpdesk EPD hoofdzakelijk bij het oplossen van incidenten in TOPdesk en de bijbehorende zorg applicaties: EPD (Elektronisch Patiënten Dossier), Klinicom en EHW (E-health Warenhuis).

WGA Control is anno 2015 de belangrijkste divisie van Claimpoint. Zij houdt zich bezig met medische beroep- en bezwaarzaken tegen het UWV.WGA Control is gespecialiseerd in WGA schadelastbeheersing voor werkgevers door de WGA instroom te beperken en de WGA uitstroom te bevorderen. Deze specialisatie heeft betrekking op het professionele arbeidsongeschiktheid beoordelingsproces vanaf de WIA toekenning en realiseert voor haar klanten een maximaal rendement op schadelastbeheersing.Binnen deze organisatie ben ik als onderzoeker aangenomen in het kader van mijn afstuderen en daarmee voor de twee afsluitende stages van de opleiding Bedrijfskunde.Om de juiste onderzoeksbehoefte te vinden is WGA Control allereerst geanalyseerd, extern en intern in kaart gebracht en de positie van de organisatie bepaald. Op basis van deze inzichten is een keuze gemaakt op basis van urgentie en is een onderzoeksplan opgesteld.Door middel van het binnenstebuiten keren van de organisatie, het uitgebreid meelopen en gesprekken voeren met alle relevante betrokkenen, is bepaald dat de focus qua onderzoek ligt op welke strategische keuzes WGA Control zal moeten maken om verantwoord te kunnen groeien binnen haar nichemarkt. Inclusief een verdieping met advies hoe zij dit operationeel kan uitvoeren.Overig project: het ontwikkelen van een strategisch marketingplan voor de organisatie.

Binnen de PortingXS groep heb ik stage gelopen bij ImeiXS. Deze tak houdt zich bezig met validatieprocessen omtrent IMEI-nummers. ImeiXS ontwikkelt innovatieve, veilige en high-performance validatieoplossingen en helpt organisaties bij de implementatie van IMEI-validatieprocessen op de gebieden: fraude, retrieval, diefstalpreventie, delta services en IMEI-nummermanagement. Ik liep hier enthousiast stage als marktonderzoeker. Tijdens deze periode lag de focus op het in kaart brengen, analyseren en daarmee toetsen op haalbaarheid van potentiële (internationale) markten voor ImeiXS haar nieuwe dienstverlening ‘MobiMY’. Waarbij de analyses werden gepresenteerd aan het management.
