Ewing bought out Subaru of Plano in October of 2018 & our accounting office merged in August of 2019.

-Scheduled appointments for all new car accessories, ordered parts, assisted the internal advisor in greeting customers on the drive and coordinating with the technician for install.-Created all sublet POs in ADP and submitted them to accounts payable-Assisted the Warranty Administrator by closing and submitting recall and battery tickets-Assisted the Parts manager, Service managers and internal advisor with administrative work as well.-Covered the cashier desk when needed.

• Monitor daily, monthly & yearly customer service scores for the dealership, daily follow up of OBW’s (customer opportunities), ensure the dealership is up to Honda President’s Award standards• Manage 2 full time & 5 part time employees responsible for: handling inbound phone calls, distributing license plates, distributing commission vouchers to sales staff, making sales follow up calls, RDR and internal tracking, ensuring all customers are assisted, order business cards & nametags as well as maintaining phone extensions for dealership• Accident/Workman’s Comp Point Person: Authorize all post-accident drug screening, collect/process accident reports, submit claims to insurance company involving customer/employee accidents on property• Assistant to the General Manager• Event Planner for all employee events including quarterly employee lunches, holiday events and bimonthly New Owner's Clinic • Benefits/Payroll: Distribute benefits info to eligible staff, receive/distribute all live payroll checks and commission sheets, submit requests for PTO, point person for all questions from corporate, regional and store level
