That team is responsible for explaining and promoting memberships, resolving issues, and engaging our charitable members.Assists in the development and implementation of ‘best practices’ processes across the organization to ensure tremendous efficiency resulting in reduced costs and improved customer service to membership base.Ensure excellent service is delivered to the membership base in order to meet/exceed organizational goals.Assist in developing and conducting trainings as required to achieve goals and service standards. Communicate all new processes effectively to all staff. Maintain quantity and quality standards by ensuring compliance with all customer service and process standards
