Software and Performance Testing Project Manager on the Massachusetts Health Insurance Exchange project.

Managed the testing effort of a new pension administration system to ensure the system met all project requirements and was completed on time and within budget.

Project Manager responsible for ensuring the delivery of services from multiple outsource providers. Projects included transitioning server management from one provider to another, transitioning Messaging and Network services from a provider back to Starwood, implementing a single point of contact for service and revenue impacting events and serving on an SLA governance team.

Prepared documentation for an FDA 510(K) submission. Utilized Mercury Interactive Test Suite 7.0 as a test plan and test case repository and for automated testing.

Delivered to the Company President and VP of Software Engineering an assessment of the Quality Assurance and Software Testing team's processes, methodologies and tool utilization.
