Assisted the Commanding Officer in ensuring the morale, welfare, discipline, cohesion, and mission accomplishment of the command. Supervised and managed the squadron staff; coordinated staff actions to meet the commander's intent. Served as the Unit Inspection Coordinator, providing oversight of more than 60 functional areas. * Guided the daily activities of the squadron staff; ensuring that all actions were completed in accordance with squadron policy and the commander's intent * Maintained the squadron’s organizational rhythm; ensuring that internal and external meetings, briefs, and other events were properly scheduled and coordinated * Managed squadron manpower requirements; tracked all inbound and outbound personnel, identifying manning shortfalls, and providing recommendations to the commander regarding job assignments

Responsible for the management and oversight of the Tactical Air Command Center (TACC) Section. Coordinated with the unit's training and planning section to plan, supervise, and ensure the technical training of aviation command and control personnel assigned to the TACC Section.* Supervised and mentored 21 personnel within the TACC section; ensuring that all personnel were mentally, physically, and technically prepared to deploy in support of training exercises and real-world operations* Planned and coordinated with higher headquarters, external commands, and other organizations for training requirements while serving as the action officer for multiple exercises* Provided subject matter expertise as Senior Air Coordinator and Airspace Planner during multiple joint and coalition exercises

Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory

Responsible for the management of assigned projects within the Aviation Combat Element Branch. Conducted project planning and execution in accordance with Marine Corps Warfighting Lab (MCWL) campaign plan (MCP) and budget program milestones. Coordinated with external commands and other organizations for project and technology-related program support. * Served as subject matter expert for evaluation of aviation-related technologies and aviation experimentation plan and execution; conducted research and assessed additional technologies for military application* Provided project management for 6 Branch projects, including technical and budgetary planning, industry coordination, and internal MCWL coordination* Provided project updates to adjacent Divisions via weekly reports and briefed MCWL staff on current and proposed Branch initiatives during an Initiative Review Board

Responsible for coordinating and conducting the squadron's crew qualification training program. Ensured that all squadron training conducted within the Tactical Air Command Center (TACC) met the requirements established by the TACC Training and Readiness Manual.* Supervised the training and qualification of all TACC crewmembers, resulting in 13 crew qualifications and 12 TACC Leadership designations* Coordinated and supervised the implementation of the new TACC Maintenance Training and Readiness Manual, ensuring that all TACC Maintenance training was conducted in accordance with this manual* Tracked and recorded TACC crewmember qualifications and made recommendations for further TACC crew progression* Performed over 45 hours as a TACC Senior Air Coordinator and Weapons and Tactics Instructor during multiple training exercises and events
