In my current position, I collaborate with successful teams consisting of estimators, foremen, managers, and assistants. AI asess potential project risks through discussion of tasks and milestones that can impact the project timeline, as well as exploring human capital availability and the ramifications of hiring subcontractors. I consistently oversee performance and cost analysis with the project team, assessing predicted risks against related projects. I predict whether alternative technologies, materials, and overloading human capital will positively impact costs, schedules, and work quality.Key Accomplishments:• Implemented foremen suggestions on alternative materials with a higher cost; ultimately reducing project timeline and labor hours, leading to a 10% profit gain.• Negotiated with a client regarding labor and material expenses, resulting in a reduced loss potential of 5%.• Prepare project closeout deliverables, monitor weekly schedules to ensure profits are above 15%, and assess monthly financial forecasting regarding cash flow, labor hours, and supplier costs.

During my time as a Research Assistant, I developed and researched scholarly journals on bioremediation techniques for the removal of endocrine disrupting chemicals from waste and surface waters. Additionally, I networked and brainstormed ideas with colleagues in similar fields, optimizing the efficiency of remediation techniques.
