Upon discovering that my career in computer sales would be too slow a pathway to senior leadership, I joined a fast-growing high tech firm, rising to Vice President in seven years. Here I discovered how to operate in FLOW, leading five different organizational areas and experiencing exponential growth in results and profitability. This fueled my passion for helping others find the joy in making leaps toward realizing their own aspirations.
