Key Responsibilities:- Design Development: Collaborate with clients to establish project goals and create conceptual designs that align with their vision and requirements.- Documentation: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents using advanced design software, preparing architectural packs for planning submittal, ensuring accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations.- Project Coordination: Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve design-related challenges.- Planning Submittal: Submitting and managing various planning applications, and working closely with various council planners, to achieve approval and planning grants. - Sustainability Integration: Incorporate sustainable design practices and materials into projects, focusing on energy efficiency and environmental impact.- Visualization: Utilize 3D modeling and rendering techniques to create visual presentations that effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.- Site Evaluation: Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to inform design decisions and ensure functionality and accessibility.

Playing a vital role in the design and construction process of buildings and structures. Collaborating closely with engineers, and other professionals to ensure that design concepts are translated into functional and sustainable buildings. Utilising CAD software and other design tools to bring clients proposals and projects to paper. Key Responsibilities:- Technical Drawings and Documentation: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software and other design tools.- Building Regulations Compliance: Ensure that all designs adhere to relevant building codes, regulations, and standards, conducting reviews and inspections as necessary.- Materials and Construction Techniques: Research and recommend appropriate materials and construction techniques to optimize design quality and sustainability.- Site Surveys and Assessments: Conduct site visits to gather information, assess site conditions, and provide input on design feasibility.- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to coordinate project activities and resolve any design-related issues.- Project Support: Assist in project management tasks, including scheduling, budgeting, and progress tracking, to ensure timely project completion.

Working closely with curators and museums designing floor layouts andshowcases for upcoming gallery change ups and refurbishments. Along with designing and manufacturing of object mounts and material applications in the conservation world. I was brought in to modernize and advance the company.
