• Undertake deployment of internally and externally developed applications into production in accordance with change control processes.• Support the ICT Security Team with maintaining electronic records and support the development of Ara’s SharePoint and Teams environment.• Work closely with ICT Service Desk and Service Delivery team to support their delivery of 1st and 2nd tier support.• Administer systems for performance and availability which includes monitoring and reporting on systems and database backups, maintain file systems, implementation of system patches and updates, monitor and maintain appropriate security environments and policies.• Provide specialist technical support for academic and non-academic staff about ICT technologies, assistance with implementation of new technologies.

• Perform or escalate internal and remote customer issues for the network, desktops, applications, Cisco VOIP phones, Teams telephony, audio & visual equipment’s.• Act systematically to respond to day by day operational needs and react to them, avoiding service disruptions and maintaining coherence to SLA and security requirements.• Administer identification, authentication, and authorisation of individuals within a system and control their access to resources by associating user rights and restrictions with the established identity.• Provide support to Windows 10, Office 365 applications, reimaging and configuring desktops, laptops, and printers.
