I analyzed summary plan descriptions (SPDs) of employee benefit plans submitted by the company's clients for inconsistencies and produced checklists of details that needed updating and revision in order to maintain statutory and regulatory compliance.

I assisted a team manager in mentoring and training junior co-employees in new work flow processes relating to court documents processing for the company's legal research website. I also oversaw spreadsheets and other reports, as well as conducted periodic quality control checks on production files.
