Overview purchase of raw materials, instruments, glasswares, chemicals, inventorymanagements for raw materials, quality assessment of raw materials6. Overview production and dispatch of company products.7. Day to day function of factory with valid statutory lisences.8. IPR protection of the company by securing trademarks.9. Overview of research activities and new product and process development under IPMand INM.10. Publishing in Scientific peer reviewed journal and book chapters.11. Networking with research institutions, agricultural universities, and Governmentresearch institutions for collaborative research programs.12. Monitor/train the team for up scaling the digital market sales.13. Coordinating all the teams for effect work output.
