I was tasked with creating fresh websites for venues that chose to sell their tickets with Ticket247.I had to pull information about upcoming events through an API developed by Ticket247 using JavaScript.I also used video editing software and Photoshop to create promotional material for Ticket247. This included video advertisements as well as tutorials which explained how to use their website to host your events.I created an Android mobile application which allows venues to scan customers tickets to validate them.For some of the clients I had to create a custom vector logo as they didn't already have one. I based the colours and some details on their posters to ensure it matched their existing branding.There were times when I had no work to do as I already completed the websites for all the current clients. I took the initiative in times like these and found more work to do, such as creating a custom template that Ticket247 could use when my contract expired. This template streamlined the development process, making it easier and faster to create unique sites for new clients.

I spent 9 months transferring websites from an older version of Magento to a newer version. This caused styling and website functionality errors. I was tasked with fixing these errors, so the site functioned as it used to, as well as updating the CSS so it looked identical to the older version.I created a custom JavaScript calculator that allows clients on the website to calculate the number of floor tiles they would need to purchase.I also fixed issues with transactional email templates that were used to inform the customer when they had placed an order.I exported the customer records from the website using the back-end terminal to Excel, where I polished the data and re-imported it into the newer version.Some of the companies I had to update were from different countries where the native language wasn't English. For these companies I had to make sure the localisation was updated properly to the new version.

I built the site by myself using Wordpress, Woocommerce, and Oxygen.I also designed the imagery on the site such as the product placement graphics.I customised the SEO to ensure the website always ranked high when searching for the company name or related blog posts.This sites functionality has been proven time and time again as products still get purchased and delivered.
