Logistics Leader – YSA ConferenceResponsible for coordinating all logistical aspects of the YSA Conference, including:Managing materials inventory and documenting invoices for auditing purposes.Contracting four buses to transport attendees from Salvador and surrounding cities.Negotiating with a water park/hotel to provide food and hospitality for nearly 150 single young adults.Organizing and overseeing transportation logistics for the entire event.Creating and managing the event's budget using Google Sheets to ensure cost-effective solutions.Leading a logistics committee, delegating responsibilities for food, transportation, and technical needs (audio/visual), and coordinating with other committees to meet their logistics requirements.Successfully managed all aspects of the conference over a 3-day period

I was part of the coordination that watch over a group of 70 collaborators on purpose to qualify them to deal the event made with 400 teenagers covering almost 2 states in Brazil.

i worked as a personal English teacher, helping the students to feel comfortable and confident to express themselves and to understand others when speaking English

for 2 years, 6 months in Ghana, 1 year and 6 months in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, where I had the opportunity to work straightly with people attending to their needs, I got used to plan and accomplish it in short, long term and training others to accomplish their goals by weekly and monthly reports sheets and leadership training counsels. During my time as a volunteer i worked with people from Africa, North and South America and Asian getting to know how to adjust myself in each situation to improve the results.I had the chance to work as director assistant when I lead over 100 missionaries from different countries training them to improve their results, helping them to stablish daily, weekly and monthly goals and most important how to achieve them, I was able to manage logistic transportation over Rio Grande Do sul when they needed to be transferred in that area and most important setting the example.
