I'm responsible for Raízen's CSonline, our digital product for e-commerce and customer care for the B2B segments (Fuels, Lubes and Trading). My technical and product team delivers exceptional solutions for our clients, focusing on fluid and integrated experiences.

I am responsible for building and communicating product roadmap and prioritizing backlog for our agile teams, around 30 people divided into four scrum teams working with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework). I align business strategy and metrics with manager and executive stakeholders from different business units (Retail, B2B, Backoffice Operations and Energy) and lead feature discovery with Product Owners and Architects, working through the full delivery cycle of digital solutions on Salesforce.Recent outcomes include the implementation of highly complex workflow processes resulting in 35% reduction on contract lead time for the retail business unit. For the new energy business unit, we defined a MVP, focused on our primary consumer persona and delivered in 4 months an integrated sales process, from lead capture to contract generation, integrated with the user’s front-end Energy website.

As a trainee, I did a generalistic rotation programme on all IT departments. I mapped and analyzed the maturity of ITIL governance processes, gathering improvement opportunities. I led a benchmark project comparing our KPIs and performance results with Brazilian’s 5 biggest shared service centres. I worked as project manager for an IoT project, using geolocation devices on combine harvesters to reduce damages on the plantation by 25%.My main project was the reimplementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud for the retail business unit. I was responsible for designing all inbound and outbound integrations, using ETL and REST API technologies to fill the CRM with data from the ERP and legacies, such as orders, contracts, and credit data. I interviewed users to map and document processes and needs, wrote user stories and led the QA sessions with end users from at least 10 different areas.After implementation, I was responsible for training sales representatives, backoffice areas and managers on Salesforce structure and processes.
