Responsible for Logistics Operation, Packaging Engineering, Quality of the Parts Distribution Center to serve the dealer network in Brazil and Latam.• Participation in the Start-up of new Distribution Center, contracting the new 3PL, systems implementation and process design, including material transfer in 2 months (without stopping supply) and implementation of new operational system, ensuring cost reduction of 500 KBRL/month;• Analysis of Contracts and state agreements to determine Project feasibility;• CAPEX and OPEX control and management and control of the Department's P&L and report to the Top Management;• Creation of a new mixed modal for supplying critical customers, reducing transit time by 60% and operational cost by 20%, in addition to the increase in the level of customer satisfaction;• Reduction of packaging costs by 23%, through optimization projects and creation of new packaging.• Development of a troubleshooting tool, via Power B.I. aiming at reducing the rate of immobilized vehicles, reaching a reduction of 44% of the cases and 55% of the resolution time, later the tool became a Global benchmark;• Monitoring of KPI's of quality and service of the Distribution Center;• Coordination of the Reclame Aqui Project, where in 12 months the rate went from "purple" to "green", with a recognized and well evaluated company in the After-sales by the Customers;• Coordination of Improvement Projects involving Cross Functional Teams.
