• Adjunct professor [MWT 220 Planning and Leading Worship class].• Serve as worship leader for Grace chapels with a strong focus on mentoring/training and providing opportunities for others to lead.• Oversees the preparation, scheduling, and leadership of campus worship teams and musicians for Tuesday-Friday chapels. Created a new environment of worship to the campus and a fresh diversified culture of worship in chapels.• Coordinate the audio/visual/lighting/livestream needs with the Sound Assistant and Media Assistant for chapels including Pro Presenter, digital sound board, iMac computer, and light board usage. Providing training and mentoring every student involved in each position.• Oversee Worship Ensembles each week/team. Responsible to schedule, mentoring, training and supervision of teams to serve off campus in opportunities to lead in different churches, events, conferences and traveling. • Oversee the scheduling of these spaces (Chapel, Recording Studio, Lab, Live Room and other rooms) using Google Calendar.• Oversee MWT Enrollment efforts in coordination with Enrollment department. • Coordinate the MWT marketing with the Media Crew Team to create and launch content/media for websites and social media.• Responsible for training, supervising, mentoring and coaching students in worship, music performance and technology (audio and video) by providing opportunities as leading chapels, and teamwork activities.• Responsible for the organization of Gloria Concert, and other concerts/conferences that are held on/off campus. • Mentor, supervise and train Media Crew students, a team of tech savvy students responsible to produce weekly audio/visual content for social media (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram) and other purposes. • Responsible for rehearsing, mentoring and supervision of the worship traveling team. The traveling team is a group of students that we send to other churches, schools, and events to lead worship and serve the community.

• Successfully oversee the entire Worship Arts Ministry (Music, Visual, Audio, Programming, Production, Stage Design) department, which included 200+ volunteers (between two different campus) through coaching, development, discipleship and intentional organic relationships with regular meetings, 1-o-1’s and encouragements.• Created a next level of excellence in the music style that fits all styles (gospel, contemporary, hymns, Latino, African) and that included a multi-ethnic, multi-generational and multi-cultural worship style to both Kentwood and Wyoming campuses. • Also fully responsible for Kentwood campus Saturday services, Young Adults Ministry worship, Hispanic Ministries worship and other stand alone services/events (Good Friday, special services, conferences, outdoor services, performances in parks, festivals and etc).• With Hispanic Ministries I managed, planned and led worship for main events on a quarterly basis, coordinating all volunteers to run a successful event.

• Worked 6 years at the music school in Brazil teaching guitar, bass and drums to over 200+ students. Annually programed concerts and performed with my students. Also being responsible for enrolling students, marketing of the company’s brand, telemarketing and customer service representative.
