• Managing the day to day running of the office – first point of contact in person and online, including any queries regarding the five London restaurants and partner enquiries.• Booking and managing the seven meeting rooms, ensuring all are ready, such as IT or training equipment, or providing food and beverages. • Stationery ordering, maintaining office equipment, arranging couriers local and worldwide, booking vehicles for private events. Raising purchase orders for all staff welfare consumables, letter headed paper and business cards through the purchasing system ADACO.• First point of contact and liaison for contractors and building management.• Responsible for booking all international flights, accommodation and arranging visas for staff in the UK and overseas. • Supporting visiting Senior Executives/Shareholders, accommodation, transport, meeting room booking and event planning.• Organising international relocation of new employees, family and pets. • Ensuring all travel and associated costs are within the allocated budget.• Communicate internally and externally, providing information by sending out emails on behalf of senior staff, updating global phone lists and issuing Daily Movements of Head Office staff.• A trusted member of staff having access to personal and confidential information.
