Installation engineer of the Mitel product range, including, MiVoice on VMware, ISS, 3300ICP, CIS, IVR, MiCollab suite, Enterprise Manager, NuPoint Unified Messaging, MCA, Mitel Border Gateway (MBG), Mitel Standard Linux (MSL).I am a very professional and dedicated Mitel engineer. I have installed many small single site deployments, through to multi site networking and clustering. I also have experience of deploying Mitel into hosted environments and data centres. The hosted environment has also involved SIP trunking and SBC's.

Field maintenance and installation of MN3300, CCM, IQ, Enterprise Manager, Ops Manager.

As the resident moves & changes (MAC) enginner, my role was to ensure that all customer MAC orders were completed within the stated SLA. These MAC orders could either be electronic MAC or physical MAC such as new extensions, relocations, upgrades etc.Project management of large-scale relocations within the business. This could vary from within the floors to moving users around the voice network using Mitel Ops Manager. Prioritising the workload through the SAP system to ensure all jobs were completed within the specified SLA. Working with the customer to ensure that they had a good level of understanding as to what the Mitel system could do for them i.e. call forwarding, group pick ups etc and resolving any issues they may have had. To ensure all site documentation is kept up to date and the communications rooms is organised.

This is where I began my Telecomms career as a cabling technician on a large Rolls Royce site in Derby. It has been a valuable experience and I still use my skills to this present day.The role included the following: Installation of Category 5 data networks and voice cabling.Termination of large voice multicall cabling, DP's, voice outlets, Cat 5 data outletsInstallation of fibre optic and coax cabling.Carrying out moves, adds and changes. Planning and organising large-scale relocations.

Co-ordinating and organising all engineering jobs to be carried out by Mitel engineers and 3rd party contractors.Prioritising work loads to ensure customer SLA’s were being reached.Producing monthly reports on accounts, which included cost analysis, revenues, fault reporting and SLA figures.Liaising on a daily basis with customer and contractors to ensure that all parties were working towards the same goals and targets.
