On the side I co-developed training and strategy for Open Door Fundraising, the Door to Door sister company of The Fundraising People. Planned a new bonus scheme for staff whilst keeping within budget. And day to day - Performance managed all aspects of fundraising, devised weekly training routines for staff development. Interviewed, trained and managed multiple F2F fundraising teams to recruit donors for Cancer Council NSW.
