As a Department Manager at Decathlon Vietnam, I lead projects to develop Cycling sports in Hanoi and North Vietnam. I oversee teams to collect customer needs, manage commercial initiatives to increase sales and brand awareness and handle human resource management, including coaching, career path design, and team assessment with SMART KPIsThe People pillar is one of the three main corporate strategies, and I'm also in charge of managing and driving that initiative. I have established and included 100 underprivileged youngsters in this initiative by initiating and managing it, providing them the chance to develop their professional working abilities.
