I was in the Customer Success and Data Marketing areas, always keeping the client in the center of the strategy. I was responsible for data analysis to generate insights and proposing action plans for different business units.

Management of insurance policies. Financial administration of the entire process of taking out or renewing policies of different natures. Assistance to internal clientes in regards to insurances and risks as well as providing analytical information about the policies in place. Measuring, modeling and analysing data using Business Intelligence tools.

In the Quality area, my main responsibilities were to take part in internal and external auditing, update action plans with related areas, create reports, sheets and presentations for the Board and help filling out sustainability forms like ISE and Dow Jones.In the PMO, Processes and Insurance area, I was responsible for publishing and reviewing manual, procedures and flowcharts, work alongside Legal and Insurance companies for taking out, renew and cancel various kinds of policies, manage payment, validity and coverage of said policies, fill out forms and questionaires for insurance companies and report to the Board.

Plan administrative routines of the agency, overseeing delivery and payment of office and cleaning supplies. Control contracts, receipts and other documents necessary in the bank operations. Support managers in their interactions with the clients.

Give classes to adults in every level of fluency (basic to advanced) whether in a classroom or at companies.Give classes at preparatory courses for international certifications like TOEIC.
