Leo is the Founder and Group CEO of Leader Radio Technologies (LRT) and oversees its product, sales and marketing team. LRT is one of the largest distributors in the region in distributing and marketing IOT and wellness products from brands such as Fitbit, THERAGUN, Plantronics, Jaybird. Leo travels frequently to industry tradeshows around the world for consumer electronics and mobile related products such as CES, IFA, WWDC, MWC. In July 2017, Leo was chosen among 14 individuals globally to attend the TED Spotlight Presentation Academy to share a speech at TED New York headquarter and received professional training in presentation.Leo is also the founder and CEO of Fashionlogy Limited, a firm aiming to introduce innovative charging solutions to every day’s technology products that we can’t live without. Latest project includes PlusCase, which has received patents in China, Hong Kong and the United States.Leo graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at the University of La Verne in California and a Master of Business Administration (EMBA) and a Master of Arts in Sports Studies at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.Leo is a currently a member of Hong Kong Paralympic Committee & Sports Association for the Physically Disabled (HKPC&SAPD). Leo was also a member of HKTDC Electronics/Electrical Appliances Industries Advisory Committee (2016-2020), board member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization Hong Kong (2017-2018), Member of the Speaker Team at TEDxCUHK (2017-2018) and also a board member of The Chinese University of Hong Kong Alumni Entrepreneur Association (CUAEA)
