Current• Audit both conforming and non-conforming conventional loans to investor’s and government guidelines• Determine whether buyer, property and loan conditions met investors standards• Calculate income, including tax returns and profit and loss statements• Calculate monthly escrow payments using tax statements and insurance documents• Ability to analyze and review full appraisal report• Product development; testing pilot programs, system, time entry, contacts and overall cost analysis.
