- Manage and provide guidance to APAC-based contract manufacturers to ensure continuity of supply to meet Google forecast with optimized material management, procurement, production scheduling and capacity plans via x-functional collaborations- Drive inventory management to meet targeted service level and turns. Act as the focal point of buffer strategy implementation and shortage escalation. - Establish performance management process for material management activities and provide weekly executive summary. Gather materials delivery performance metrics from internal Materials Management team and provide input to the larger performance reviews. - Reconcile the cost BOM and bridge the price gap between the contract manufacturer and the suppliers. - Identify the material supply risks and enhance the supply commit accuracy to Google datacenter through the weekly CTB review.

• Create and maintain the target plans for Asia development unit models, from early project phase until End of Life • Secure and follow up that agreed build plans are executed• Secure capacity at the factories through managing site suppliers’ day-to-day production performance, which are located in different countries• Act as a main supply chain interface in Global demand/supply for upside/downside• Take full ownership of demand/supply fulfillment rate for assigned products as well as setting/proposing proper flexibility level aiming at supporting any potential demand upside globally• Be part of building up the Supply team in Asia

• As a project leader to re-organize the production line in China factory based on product type and customer• Review the Forecast demand and adjust the MPS accordingly. - Adjust the production plan based on the FCST demand / HUB stock / Pull rate• Monitor the capacity and material supply status - Review the material status of critical components to adjust the loading plan via SAP system • Align with PM and PC to ensure the on-time delivery - Periodically confirm the product development status with PM, and adjust the future loading and material supply plan if there is any engineering change. • Negotiate with customer for the contract term and revenue status - Set up the agreement that contains liability, NCNR (none cancel none return), and EOL policy for those pipeline control models - Quarterly review the FCST demand achieve rate with customer
