PRINCE2 certified, my portfolio largely relates to electrical construction projects in both the High Voltage and Low Voltage space, for both Overhead and Underground distribution projects, with varying scales of size and complexity, and raging from between $250K-$1M in CAPEX, each.As part of my role as an Electrical Project Manager at Northpower, I also served as the regional project management specialist representative, appointed to the organization’s “Communities of Practice” body for Project Management, which was tasked with heading the standardization of project management across the organization, through the implementation of a customized business management system of process solutions, directed towards contract delivery.
