Contract: Working as a Fraud Analyst. Using SAS, Excel and Third party systems: Global ID3, Iovation and Hunter. Creation of a Fraud Database. Fraud trends identified and analysed.

Initial full-time role to collate and analyse data regarding the Bank's customers and operational performance and also to present the findings of analysis in a clear, concise and accurate manner. Now working in a Senior Reporting Manager capacity to oversee the delivery of management Information (MI) and the maintenance of regulatory business end user systems. I am also supporting the migration of onshore and offshore MI processes to new areas.• Strong SAS system usage to write code and deliver MI. • Review regular MI produced to ensure accuracy, format and to a given timetable• Ensure each business change is tracked and results delivered to business when necessary• Deliver solutions appropriate business customers• Ensure that all areas work together to complete departmental requirements for various compliance returns• Annual Operational Plan forecast data for the Cards Business area.• Keeping up to date with policy changes in HSBC's procedures and the Bank's regulatory guidelines• Supporting the build and Maintenance of Regulatory MI.
