Contract: Working as a Fraud Analyst. Using SAS, Excel and Third party systems: Global ID3, Iovation and Hunter. Creation of a Fraud Database. Fraud trends identified and analysed.

Initial full-time role to collate and analyse data regarding the Bank's customers and operational performance and also to present the findings of analysis in a clear, concise and accurate manner. Now working in a Senior Reporting Manager capacity to oversee the delivery of management Information (MI) and the maintenance of regulatory business end user systems. Full time role to Support the John Lewis Underwriting Department leading a team of 13 in managing the underwriting functions of a Credit Card. Full Time role supporting the Chargebacks area, dealing with technical chargebacks reconciliation as well as acting as a MasterCard/Visa representative for the JLFS Credit Card. • Goal to ensure the delivery of high customer service, resolving disputes at the first point of contact. • Review and assess impacts to the Fraud/Chargebacks departments in respects of MasterCard and Visa (Schemes) Bi-annual compliance releases and Monthly Bulletins. • Building and maintaining business relationship with internal and external customer including MasterCard and Visa. • Fraud and Disputes general ledger reconciliation between individual cards and bulk Scheme payments.

Full Time role to validate and effectively resolve credit card disputes raised by cardholders regarding suspicious transactions that appear on their credit card statements.• Strong communication skills both written and verbal. • Validating claims through effective questioning to establish the nature of the disputes. • Minimising Fraud loses and associated risk by significantly contributing to chargeback policies and fraud strategies.

Managing a team of advisors whose goal was to deliver high quality customer driven service, providing effective leadership, coaching and activity management to ensure advisors met their objectives. • Undertaking monthly 1 -2 -1’s and performance reviews, motivating individuals towards continuous performance improvements, ensuring that training and development plans were in place.
