Key Achievements: - • Provided full legal support to the UK, Ireland and Mauritius businesses working closely with the InfoSec. team to obtain initial IS027001 certifications and GDPR compliance by way of advice, management of work streams and regular reviews. • Reviewed and updated the business standard terms for SaaS and managed payroll services to ensure compliance with GDPR. • Conducted a full review and updated the businesses key standard contracting terms to help facilitate reduced contract negotiations and speed up the time to revenue. • Lead an internal review and update of the business liability clauses within the standard terms, in anticipation of GDPR coming into force. • Negotiated and drafted numerous key high value service agreements with leading companies including Capital Bank, Travis Perkins, Whitbread Group, Costa, Marks and Spencer, Bank of America, ISS, WH Smiths, Hilton Hotels and Marks and Spencer.

My core responsibilities working within a small legal team included providing direct legal support to the group businesses, the Group CEO, the operating companies Board of Directors; and the central team key stakeholders, which included the group procurement, IT and Human Resources teams.
