Current· Provide maintenance on assigned products within an assigned territory. Schedule all service calls and preventative maintenance.· Provide primary customer contact for all post-installation problems.· Conduct random equipment audits to ensure that the equipment is being properly maintained.· Implement or recommend to the team as appropriate, actions to improve equipment performance.· Provide Territory Resource Manager input on parts stocking levels for CSEs and bins.· Responsible for implementing and maintaining key performance processes within their area of responsibility.· Work with Regional Solutions Manager and on performance related issues, which includes performing skill assessment and audits, assist with training requirements, and running/analyzing reports.Supporting local technicians and customersStanding in for managerDiagnose and carry out complex repairs/upgrades to all defined hardware (ATM’s) Correct basic software errors using industry standard tools; Install and test basic operating system software (DOS, Windows); Repairing of software configuration problems; Technical documentation updating; Provide "Second-line service" ATMs as needed; Provide technical support to colleagues as and when required to do so; Loading, offloading, transportation of equipment, spare parts to the sites where there are Diebold ATMs;Develop and maintain customer relationships; Call assignment and commitment, travel to site, customer interface, troubleshooting and diagnosis, resolution plan and call escalation if necessary; Professional customer interfaces and calls closure, next service call assignment; Completion of scheduled Planned Maintenance sessions, Product update and upgrade activities, including receipt of kits and commitment to call, scheduling with customer within the agreed hours of contract stipulated in the SLA, reporting results thereof to the customer; Provide updates of call progress in real time.
