During my time with WKAC , I was able to enhance the business capabilities within agriculture farming, honey production, tourism and also bringing in different agencies to collaborate with WKAC.

I was the CEO of Derby Media Aboriginal Corporation, I managed several staff, created opportunities within the community to be a part of the media organisation with a podcast room so that the community can use, during my time we also recorded 5 albums for the local musicians, collaborated with the ABC in making a mini doco on how I created the West Kimberley Women's Football League, and progressed the Organisation to where they were more community oriented and also in a healthy state.

I worked as the Tackling Indigenous Smoking Educator for the Derby Aboriginal Health Service, I also created and ran Health programs for the wider Derby and West Kimberley region, gave Smoking cessation talks to community groups, organisations, schools and also the West Kimberley regional prison.
