As a previous customer service employee I learned to communicate and manage merchandise. I learned to be efficient which increased my transitional experiences. I also studied different computer program courses. It benefited my ability to answer problem-solving questions, increased my analytical thinking skills, and constantly helps me improve my engineering experience to be better and more effective. I am always prepared to learn, approach new challenges, and connect with new people. As an undergraduate engineering student, I am always looking for opportunities to advance and push my career to the next level.
