- Define product roadmap for the store solutions across five major brands within APAC and Japan region.

- Promote best practice to the retail merchandising and retail operation and align the practice across the brands.- Liaise with business users in new demand and bring solutions to support the business growth.- Lead the project team in various deployment projects including mobile applications for inventory, digital receipt, traffic counting, digital wallet, CRM and etc.

- Define guidelines and standards for cross functional Business Analysts (BA) to follow in projects implementation and support. - Took a lead role in several projects e.g. CRM platform migration, store portal implementation, APAC eShops centralization, merchandising solution and China omnichannel, etc. - Prepare annual IT project budget and monitoring the projects to make it is delivered within budget and scope.- Manage the vendors, internal team and business counterparts to make sure the solutions and services delivered can fulfill the retail operation need and support the business growth.

- Conduct pre-sales activities to the potential clients across APAC region e.g demonstration, proof-of-concept, RFI/RFP process etc.- Act as a team member to provide retail project implementation services to clients e.g. system requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, system specification, training, etc. - Provide support to the implementation partners throughout the project lifecycle.- Participate in an integration project to define the interface between SAP POS solution and SAP ERP for retail.

- Involve in several implementation projects from requirement gathering to end user training. - Provide end user support to the retail solution. - Liaise with business team to identify new initiatives to support the emerging business environment.

- Conduct pre-sales activities to the potential clients e.g. prepare tender proposal document, demonstration, proof of concept, etc.- Manage the implementation projects. - Work with support team to provide post implementation technical support to our clients- Liaise with other solution partners in solution integration and implementation.

- Provide maintenance and routine support of various systems in Finance and Accounting Branch.- Coordination of Y2K related activities of the various systems.- Coordinate the users and Computer Division in User Acceptance Testing.- Liaise with the users and Computer Division to coordinate and provide professional knowledge in the system enhancement

- Perform IS audit for subsidiaries of the company - Provide IT consultancy service for the subsidiaries.- Provide IT support service for finance audit team in some ad-hoc projects.

- Perform the compliance tests to check whether the business running effectively and efficiently.- Perform CAATs for the audit assignment
