Monitoring, operating, controlling and maintaining the integrity of the Distribution System for Georgia Power following prescribed procedures. The Operator must have the ability to troubleshoot and make decisions related to the service restoration process. This is performed by thorough analysis and dispatching of resources such as employees, crews, and equipment to customer outages. Competent computer skills, ability to focus on the tasks at hand, and the demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities are required for the position of Distribution Operator at the Macon DCC. This is a safety sensitive position and all applicable Corporate Policies and Guidelines must be followed.

Control of air traffic not only in the airport vicinity but between destinations as well. They are required to abide by strict federal regulations as well as specific policies and procedures. These individuals regulate and control commercial airline traffic in accordance with regulations posed by the federal government and airlines/airports.
