De firma kaas was a great example of innovation with a traditional Dutch product: it sold (real) Dutch farmers cheese online and delivered through the mailbox.At de firma kaas I started out as Growth Marketeer with a focus on SEA and SEO, but quite soon started to take on more tasks. After about a month I got a more responsible role within our 3-month accelerator program that resulted in several validated new propositions, one of which eventually became our main source of one-off sales.After 6 months I became Growth Lead and my focus shifted toward a more strategic and leading role. This led to the decision to build a new webshop that was completely built and designed by one colleague and me. Moreover we revisited our business model and redesigned the subscription model and changed the pricing strategy. Unfortunately, our main investor decided to pull back, which is why the project was stopped before we could completely validate our new subscription model.During my time at de firma kaas I strongly developed my skills in customer development, strategic thinking, UX/UI design, reporting & analytics and (lean) innovation.

At Scribbr, I was responsible for growing the Dutch market. During my time as the Marketing Lead I've conducted extensive market research, built a new landing page for our services from scratch, experimented with new on-site advertising to increase conversions and wrote an extensive e-book which is downloaded over 3000 times per month. Next to this I managed day-to-day marketing activities, such as paid advertising, linkbuilding, updating the website and managing the content-team that published 1-2 new articles each week.

This eventually transformed into IT project management for the new reservation system iPublisher. I was partially responsible for managing issues with the software and communication with the developers.
