I have more than 19 years experience in the security sector with more than 7 years on a Gold Mine in Liberia, West Africa. I have a great passion for the profession and the highest regard for service excellence and performance. My expertise includes, acting Security Manager, Gold Room Loss Prevention officer, Security Coordinator, Control Room Supervisor which are service orientated disciplines including incident investigations and risk identifications. I am currently permanently employed at AVESORO Resources Gold Mine. My experience includes performing all aspects of facility security, such as CCTV cameras and access equipment installations and training and tracking functions. With my excellent organization skills and sharp attention to detail, I excel at driving high-level security plans to enhance the across-the-board security of personnel, property, and proprietary information.I have excellent leadership, communication, decision making, time management and interpersonal skills. I am reliable, responsible, motivated and challenge driven.
