I am a qualified Project Manager and Chartered Engineer with over 18 years of experience in delivering complex infrastructure projects in commercial, public and industrial sectors. Having worked client side, as a consultant and as a contractor, I have developed a strong understanding of what it takes to successfully deliver a project. This is complemented by my broad knowledge of most engineering disciplines, planning and consenting requirements, and construction and commissioning processes. Throughout my career, I have been responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing a wide range of both technical and project management activities, from project scoping through to operation. I have a strong background in safety and quality focused environments. My passion lies in working to establish the true scope of a projects and critical touch points, and taking a hands-on approach to drive the project through to a successful completion.
