This role involved placing adverts for clients, pre screening potential candidates, taking them through the recruitment process & making sure the client was involved in the process. I also otained work from public & private clients such as Bupa, setup compliance procedures & processes. Built a good candidate pool. Setting up Assessment centres for HCA & Support Workers, headhunted Nurses (General to Mental Health) I also build up a relationship with a local training insititue for applicants with no experience but interested & passionate about Healthcare.

As Recruitment Resourcer my main responsibility was to attract 60% of the direct attraction each month & reduce the amount of candidate slots outsourced to external agencies. I achieved this by building & maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, used sourcing strategies such as social media, CV sifting & telephone screening potential candidates. I was also responsible for arranging & populating assessment centres, as well as assessing candidates on the day. Other duties included aspects of recruitment administration, this involved making sure all packs were compliant, chasing up outstanding documentation & providing both positive & negative feedback to candidates. My role included collating all relevant information for MI Reports to be produced & passing the information to my manager
