I am currently employed at CTM IT as an Account Manager. With over 20 years of experience in the insurance and software industries, I am a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development/Account Manager. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a proven track record of success in customer service, software sales, insurance sales, and strategic planning.In my previous role at LogicMelon, I managed a portfolio of accounts and consistently achieved high renewal rates through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques. I played a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies that increased market share and drove new business. Prior to that, I worked as an Inside Sales Representative at simPRO Software for 3 and a half years. In this role, I conducted product demonstrations, provided consultations to potential clients, and negotiated contracts to close deals with key accounts. My efforts significantly contributed to revenue growth and the development of sales materials and marketing campaigns. I also trained and mentored junior sales staff and contributed to the overall success of the team.I excel in building and maintaining client relationships and possess a strong background in sales administration, including proposal development and contract negotiation.
